How to Apply for UNILAG 2016/2017 Post UTME Form
Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in relevant ‘O’ level subjects including Mathematics and English Language at ONE sitting.
Candidates awaiting results are also eligible. Candidates, who will not be sixteen (16) years of age by October 31, 2016 are not eligible and need not apply.

Candidates are to pay at any branch of the following designated banks: ACCESS BANK, ECOBANK, FIRST BANK, GTBANK, UBA, UNION BANK, WEMA BANK AND ZENITH BANK.

You are advised to come along with your JAMB original Result Slip with your Passport Photograph on it. If you do not have this document. FEES PAYABLE
